2016 MTO Hot Mix Paving Contractor Award

Rankin Construction is pleased to be awarded as the 2016 MTO Hot Mix Paving Contractor of the Year. The award, given annually at the ORBA convention by the Ministry of Transportation, was given in recognition of Rankin’s work on the Contract 2015-2022, Highway 3 paving between Port Colborne and Fort Erie. The criteria for this award includes qualities such as surface smoothness, night paving, completion, workmanship, and mix quality. Minister Deluca presented the award to Rankin’s president, Brian Rankin, at the 90th annual convention.
