The Queenston Plaza functions as a gateway for vehicles entering Ontario, Canada from the United States and is a 24 hour, 365 days a year operation.
This project primarily consisted of the removal of the existing parking lots and services and installing new sewers, watermains, concrete curbs and sidewalks as well as a new concrete truck apron for the newly built warehouse, granular placement and grading and asphalt paving. This work had to be completed in stages and in cooperation with the many other activities being carried out simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines/deadlines.
